Norbert graduated from SUNY Albany, NY and was a successful investment and private banker in Europe, North America and the Caribbean before becoming an entrepreneur running his own companies in the Middle East and South America developing projects in business consulting, finance, mining and infrastructure. Norbert brings over 40 years of experience in managing small and big projects with a dedication to corporate excellence and integrity.
GARRY MILLER
Board Member
Garry began his career with the original New York Stock Exchange Firm, PaineWebber (now UBS), with all their various related investments; securities, Oil & Gas, stock portfolios, futures, commodities, options, etc. This gave him the experience to join an independent Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Company in the 1980’s in public relations, working with their investing partners on deep and shallow exploration projects, from start to finish. He now dedicates his time and energy as the Enterprise’s point of contact in the US, since 2007.

Since graduating from university in Rhode Island, Jacqueline has built a dedicated career in the skincare, beauty, fragrance, and luxury sectors. With over 27 years of experience as a passionate and results-driven International Business Development and Marketing Executive, she brings deep expertise in leading companies through all phases of growth and expansion. Her skill set spans global sales and distribution, commercial contracts, marketing and PR, operational optimization, international integration, and strategic planning. Jacqueline is known for identifying new opportunities, expanding market reach, and driving sustained business growth.

Natalia brings a unique blend of creative expertise and industry insight to her role as a Board Member for Hess Enterprises. With a background as a professional model, she has an intimate understanding of the fashion world, complemented by her experience as a skilled pastry chef, where she honed her attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility. Natalia also holds a degree in Movie and TV Production from Silesian University, equipping her with a deep knowledge of visual storytelling and production dynamics. In her new role, she leverages this diverse skill set to provide strategic guidance for our company, driving innovation and excellence in the fashion sector.
